PORTLAND Bob Whitsitt, the former president and general manager of the Portland Trail Blazers, is recovering from colon surgery that was performed last month after doctors discovered a growth larger than a golf ball.
In an interview with The Oregonian, Whitsitt who was fired as president of the Seattle Seahawks on Friday said he decided to have a colonoscopy at age 48 instead of waiting until he turned 50.See the full content of this document
