A 42-year-old Washougal man was found dead on Tuesday after he reportedly stumbled and fell over a 200-foot cliff near a friend's home in the Mount Norway area east of Washougal.
The body of Jim Stidham was found Tuesday morning by one of seven search and rescue groups that were combing the area south of the Washougal River and just west of the Clark-Skamania county line, officials said.See the full content of this document
