Washington and Oregon fishery officials will decide today on lower Columbia River sturgeon angling regulations for the balance of 2004.

Among the options on the table include allowing sturgeon retention only on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays upstream of Wauna, Ore., and a 45-inch minimum-size limit downstream of Wauna.
