Drug court graduates sent Superior Court Judge James Rulli off in style the other night.
Rulli will surrender his felony drug court duties on Dec. 31 and its grateful graduates, now clean and sober, used their annual Christmas party to say thanks. Rulli, who helped create the court and presided over it since it opened in January 1999, will be replaced by Superior Court Judge Diane Woolard, who spelled Rulli on occasion.See the full content of this document
