Summary
One of the most incendiary topics in Clark County is taxes, and for good reason. When governments take your money - even if it's to pay for a public need; even if it's to help you - you just naturally get a little nervous. The year 2007 was full of news in our community, and taxes occupied much of the public dialogue. Any tax debate should address three topics:
