NEW ORLEANS The Portland Trail Blazers haven't had much reason to celebrate lately. That changed for one night, thanks to the New Orleans Hornets. Shareef Abdur-Rahim had 25 points and 10 rebounds and the Trail Blazers beat the Hornets 90-81 Sunday.

The victory snapped three losing streaks for Portland seven games overall, 10 in a row on the road, and four in a row against New Orleans. The Trail Blazers, losers of 14 of their last 15 and 20 of 22, avoided setting their longest losing streak of the season.
