A 22-year-old motorist died Saturday night after his vehicle struck a guardrail in Hazel Dell, according to the Clark County Sheriff's Office.
Benjamin K. Andrews, of Vancouver, was driving a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse south on Highway 99 and apparently lost control as he crossed the Salmon Creek bridge and crashed, deputies said. He died on the scene.See the full content of this document
