Four Vancouver residents vacationing in Peru were injured when a double-decker bus they were riding in plunged into a dry riverbed along a highway Wednesday in the Andes Mountains.

Yony Russell, her two teenage sons and another teenage boy were injured in the accident that killed at least six of the 43 people on board. Several other passengers including Canadians, Peruvians and European tourists were also injured.
