A Vancouver man has been arrested on suspicion of vehicular homicide and vehicular assault in connection with a fatal crash west of Battle Ground that killed two Vancouver residents.
Sanford Lee Simmet, 24, was arrested Saturday by the Portland Police Bureau at OHSU Hospital, where he had been taken following the crash, according to official reports. Officer Catherine Kent, police spokeswoman, said Simmet was taken to the Multnomah County Detention Center in Portland.See the full content of this document
