KLAMATH FALLS, Ore. (AP) A 20-year-old Klamath Falls woman who claimed her daughter was abducted from a California flea market, then led police to the little girl's grave, was indicted Thursday on murder charges along with her live-in boyfriend.
A Klamath County grand jury returned indictments against Amanda Hodges and Erik Sanchez Guillermo, 37, charging them with two counts each of murder by abuse in the death last Friday of 4-year-old Cassandra Hodges, plus one count each of manslaughter, criminal mistreatment, abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence, said District Attorney Ed Caleb.See the full content of this document
