OLYMPIA -- Rep. Jim Moeller says he is not surprised that activist Tim Eyman filed an initiative Monday to put gay rights on the ballot. Until now, Eyman has been better known for his tax limitation campaigns than for wading into the culture wars.
"It follows a very clear pattern," said Moeller, one of four openly gay men serving in the Legislature. "Whatever will get the most revenue for Tim is what he will go after.
