OLYMPIA -- Washington lawmakers now have two more options controversial ones for replacing the state's popular "blanket" primary.
One new proposal would abolish partisan primaries altogether in favor of party conventions. The other would create a closed primary and require voters to register by party in order to take part.See the full content of this document
