SALT LAKE CITY - Prosecutors have charged an Illinois prison inmate with two felonies in the 1990 murder of a 24-year-old Seattle woman.
It took 13 years before authorities could identify the remains of Patricia Candice Walsh after her body was found by deer hunters near the mouth of a canyon in Millard County, in central Utah. She died of multiple gunshot wounds to the head.See the full content of this document
