Unacceptable performance statistics illustrate that our state's public education system remains far below achievement levels that our children deserve and of which they're capable.
If educators, administrators and legislators feel pressured to solve the problem, well, then good. This is one of those problems that requires a top-down solutions strategy, starting with them.
