Presiding Superior Court Judge Robert Harris has sentenced some of Clark County's most notorious offenders, including child-killer Westley Allan Dodd and serial rapist Michael Wayne Gallatin.
But it was a case of a puppy killer that drew the most response from the community, Harris said Thursday before sentencing a Rosemere man to six months in jail for first-degree animal cruelty. Harris received eight letters from people appalled at the death of Tigger, a 7-week-old Australian shepherd mix who was suffocated a year ago.See the full content of this document
