PORTLAND A same-sex couple filed a lawsuit Wednesday against the state of Oregon claiming the state broke discrimination laws when it recognized only one of the women as a parent of their child.
The couple, Jeana Frazzini and K.D. Parman, had a child two years ago through artificial insemination.
