SPOKANE - The Washington Department of Ecology on Friday joined its Idaho counterpart in calling for the closure of a northern Idaho train refueling depot after two recent leaks.

Ecology Director Linda Hoffman issued a release saying her agency supports the Idaho Department of Environment Quality in calling for a halt to refueling operations at the Burlington Northern Santa Fe facility at Hauser, Idaho.
