Deputies have wrapped up their investigation into the death of an 8-year-old Sifton boy who was attacked by a neighbor's dogs.
Sgt. Dave Trimble of the Clark County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday the only remaining task is to complete reports and submit them to Prosecutor Art Curtis, who will determine if criminal charges are warranted.See the full content of this document
