A 26-year-old woman was killed and two people were critically injured Monday after a head-on collision at 6:41 p.m., authorities said.

The accident was in the eastbound lane of the Padden Parkway between Interstate 205 and Northeast 94th Avenue, west of Five Corners, said Jim Flaherty, firefighter-spokesman for the Vancouver Fire Department.
