SEATTLE (AP) Two Clark County men accused of illegally reselling Microsoft Corp. software are facing charges of conspiracy and money laundering.

Tobias Grace, 30, of Vancouver, and Scott Laney, 33, of Battle Ground, were arrested Thursday following a yearlong FBI investigation that led to a grand jury indictment.
