Just as the rainy weather sets in, two churches prepare to shelter the homeless for the Winter Hospitality Overflow program.

Abbreviated as WHO, the program beginning today will provide emergency housing when the four homeless shelters in Clark County are at capacity. Two churches, St. Paul Lutheran at 1309 Franklin St. and St. Andrew Lutheran at 5607 N.E. Gher Road, will offer emergency housing.
