Tidewater Cove's luxury condominiums are finally coming to life along the Columbia River waterfront, with a substantial number of units already sold in the first phase of the development.
Kimbal Logan, of Kimbal Logan Residential Real Estate & Investment, said that 31 of 45 units have been sold or are in the process of being sold.
