PORTLAND - The faster-tempo offense the Portland Trail Blazers hoped to unveil this year hasn't nearly approached the vision coach Nate McMillan held when the season began. But McMillan isn't ready to panic just yet.

Going into Friday night's game against Sacramento, the Blazers were averaging 94.2 points per game, which ranked 24th out of 30 NBA teams. It's far short of the goal of averaging 100 points McMillan set during the preseason.
