PORTLAND - With the ABA's Portland Reign apparently in limbo, so is the immediate future of South Korean center Ha Seung-Jin, the Blazers' second-round draft pick.

Ha is on the roster of the Reign, who are scheduled to open their inaugural season against Fresno next week. But reports that the franchise has either suspended operations or is on the verge of doing so have circulated the past few weeks. Founder and CEO Mary Liss has said that's not true, despite some financial difficulties.
