Benito Gamino-Valdovinos doesn't dispute the fact he killed two men, his defense attorney said Tuesday, but believes he acted in self-defense.

Brian Walker said during opening statements his client was "running on fear and a sense of self-preservation" the evening of Feb. 1 when he shot Raphael Gonzalez Camacho, 23, near the Goodwill store on Fourth Plain Boulevard. Camacho's friend, Joel A. Chavez, also was fatally wounded.
