A few of us might be sitting in the Royal Durst Theatre tonight, watching the closing performance of "Perilous Journeys; an Evening of Romantic Comedies."

The Royal Durst Theatre? Hopefully we're all paying attention to the name when we enjoy any performance at Vancouver School of Arts and Academics. Because without Leslie Durst, a philanthropist who moved to Vancouver in 1992, we suspect you would have no such theater to enjoy. Durst had donated $1 million to the school. And the theater was named after her father, Royal Durst.
