SEATTLE (AP) -- Nine people were treated for minor smoke inhalation after a three-alarm fire broke out Wednesday morning at an apartment building that had been the site of another fire only six days earlier.

Fire Department spokeswoman Helen Fitzpatrick said five women and four men were treated for smoke inhalation, with eight of them taken to nearby Harborview Medical Center.
