Summary
The time required to sell a home in Clark County continued to climb last month, according to a new report from RMLS, the Portland- based residential multiple listing service.
In September, the 692 new and pre-owned homes sold through the service were on the market an average of 62 days before selling, compared with 41 days in September 2005. New listings in the county in the July-September third quarter were up 7.4 percent while sales were down 26.7 percent, RMLS said.See the full content of this document
