FRISCO, Texas -- Patients who enter Centennial Medical Center might wonder if they've stumbled into the wrong building after seeing the flagstone walls and Starbucks kiosk in the hospital lobby and a stone fireplace in the dining hall. A month after a watchdog group of Columbia Credit Union members protested the financial institution's board of directors' election plans, the credit union's supervisory committee decided this week to let members make the rules.
