A Vancouver police officer shot and killed a man who was fleeing in a stolen minivan Sunday morning. A chase led officers from Vancouver's Rosemere neighborhood to a quiet Minnehaha neighborhood where an officer fired on the man as he struck a second officer with the minivan, police said.
